The Mandate
Specialist representation for project oversight.
The project framework brings together the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Arman International SARL, AIDG, and Istanbul Group. The shortlisted professionals will be proposed to represent Arman International SARL on the project monitoring committee. The Opportunities Unit of the Front des Djafaristes Engagés (FDE) supports publication of the call and identification of qualified Congolese professionals. Applications are submitted to AIDG, which conducts the selection process. A shortlist of five complete candidate files will be submitted to the General Management.

Eligibility
Candidate requirements.
- Relevant university qualification and professional experience
- Strong project management, coordination, negotiation, and monitoring experience
- Fluency in French; English is a significant advantage
- A valid passport and availability for meetings, technical missions, and site visits
- Integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to work internationally
